The Space:
Upon entering this bright and colourful 455 sqft / 43 sq. m. apartment, you will be met with the cosy living area with a sofa, flat screen TV with cable and international channels, a large desk with an ergonomic chair for working from home. There is also a small table and chair for dining or additional working space.
From the living area, there is a small hallway which leads to the bathroom and Kitchen. The modern kitchen is fitted with all necessary modern appliances for a comfortable stay, including an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine as well as a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
At the other end of the living area, you will find access to the bedroom, which comes with a Queen size bed and a large wardrobe for all your personal belongings.

IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months.

Just next to Goya Street, the Salamanca area offers you everything you could ever want, be it in the culinary or retail world! With luxury shops lining Serrano Street, and sophisticated buildings everywhere you look, the Salamanca area culminates in the Paseo del Prado, also known as the 'Museum Mile'. If you want the crème de la crème of the city, this is your place.
Getting Around:
Cars can stop for a while just in front. Nearest metro stop is Diego de Leon (L6) and Lista (L1)
