Siesta is a Grade 11 listed former farmstead of the once Appley Hall Towers. All the former farm buildings like the hen house, dairy, bullocks pen and stables have been turned into welcoming residential homes all set within a lovely walled courtyard. Siesta is the former milking parlour and has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with a new kitchen and utility room and a gorgeous new conservatory garden room, with patio doors that lead out into the stunning garden. The cottage has been fitted with all new appliances and offers everything you could need on your holiday. Outside to the front of the property, you will find parking for two cars and a small lawned garden with a washing line. To the rear is a large lawned and a mature planted garden. Outside of the garden room and sitting room is a long terrace with garden furniture and an electric bbq. Close to the restaurants, cafes, pubs and boutique shops of Ryde, and even closer to the superb cafe restaurants that can be found along the shoreline from Appley to Puckpool and onto Seaview. Just a short walk from Siesta through Appley Park you find yourself on the golden sands of Appley and Ryde beach. Siesta is a real beach holiday home from home.
