With its large, sunny balcony with semi-lake-view dining, the second-floor apartment (with a lift) welcomes visitors to unwind in a lovely holiday atmosphere. The visitors also have access to a big shared swimming pool where they can relax on sun loungers at their leisure.

Within, there is a comfortable and spacious living room with modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV and direct access to the private balcony. The Menaggio centre itself provides a charming starting point from which to explore Lake Como\'s attractions. The resort is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with cafe-lined piazzas mingling with real restaurants, boutique gift shops, and supermarkets, all located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s well-connected location. The resort town also provides a variety of daytime activities, such as kayaking and power boating.
