This beautiful villa has a sunny location on an area of no less than 3000 m². It has a lovely private swimming pool, reversable air conditioning and a barbecue for cozy summer evenings. A visit to La Roque sur Cèze (Sautadet waterfalls), Goudargue (Little Venice of Provence) and Uzès (Provencal market) is also worthwhile. With a swimming pool, a pétanque court and a sandbox, there is plenty to do for the children. The well-kept garden also houses a large lawn.
