The villa is located in the urbanization of Balcón del Mar in Jávea, a quiet residential area next to the famous "Cabo la Nao", with several viewpoints and small beaches nearby such as "Cala en Caló" just 2 km away, "Cala Ambolo " and "La Granadella" . It has several services in the surroundings, including the well-known restaurant "Mirador de Jávea" 1 kilometer away and a supermarket "Wimark Supermercado" 700m away. Although you can find supermarkets and restaurants around, the Arenal de Jávea area is only 6 kilometers away, which has the only Arena de Jávea beach and numerous services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars.
