This nice studio apartment is fully equipped, has a family atmosphere, is comfortable and quiet. It is a second floor without elevator. A complete bathroom with shower. American style kitchen. Living room with sofa and balconies to the street.

Located in a commercial area with all services at hand and excellent public transport communication (Metro Anton Martin, Estacion del Arte line 1 and Buss), close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and shops in general.

We emphasize that the entry time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The departure from the apartment is until 11:00 a.m. maximum.



You are informed that, if your arrival is after the aforementioned time, late check-in involves paying in cash upon arrival the following supplements:



From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., EUR 10; -

From 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., EUR 15; -

From 23:00 to 01:00, EUR 20;



It is not possible to check in after 01:00.,



If your arrival is after 01:00 a.m., you must contact the staff who will receive you directly to agree on the final amount and arrival time. This is to ensure that someone is waiting in the apartment since we do not have a 24-hour reception.



The Check out is maximum at 11:00.
