Inside, this property adheres to an incredibly simplistic theme but still presents a stunning array of integral decors. The living room supports a selection of tall glass windows that help to make this space very bright and airy. Guests can enjoy the blazing sunshine as they lounge on the teal-coloured seating arrangement that helps to accentuate this entire space. The dining area includes a quaint white circular table and a set of matching chairs, perfect for guests to enjoy their daily meals. Moving on to the kitchen, this space showcases an assortment of pure white cupboards, helping to create a unique sense of balance and cohesion. The ground floor is also home to the first bedroom, which is complete with a deeply opulent queen-size bed with direct access to the pool area.
 
Travelling upstairs, this is where you'll find another two bedrooms. The second room also sports a considerable queen-sized bed, whereas the third room includes a king-sized bed. Therefore, these rooms ensure that guests can achieve a restful night's sleep throughout their stay. The main bedroom benefits from a private terrace which guests will love to sit and relax on.
 
The lower level of this property is home to the fourth bedroom, which also includes a tremendous queen-sized bed that has been decorated with ample bed linens. This floor also benefits from a lounge and a private gym. On the other hand, the rooftop terrace is equally stunning. With a jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining table on offer, there's so much here that guests will never want to leave!

This vast park is characterised by a diverse collection of looming trees and horticulture, allowing guests to detach from the hustle and bustle of normal life and truly enjoy the beauty that surrounds them. Guests are also encouraged to take a seat on one of the many benches available and take the weight off their feet as they watch the world go by. A key asset to this park is its wide selection of azulejos, which are incredibly detailed and hand-painted tiles that effortlessly depict the legacy-defining history of Marbella. Security deposit?
€6,000 charged to client's credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Please be aware that for long stays of 1 month or over, the security deposit amount changes to the amount for 1 months rental.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes, and weekly cleaning included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

7 nights during Christmas & New Year and July & August. 6 nights during other periods. All other durations on request.

Pool heating charge?
For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €500 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement up to one week before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.

Insurance?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
