The Banks of Saint Brice

Ideally located because 100 m from the beach, the swimming pool of Saint Brice and the coastal path, pretty house of architect with a decoration and good taste that can comfortably accommodate 5 people, it consists of a pretty living room open to the garden with a large bay window, an independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a bed 160, 1 with a pull-out bed and a bed 90), a bathroom, separate toilet. Several terrace spaces are proposed in the 800 m² fully private garden.
Linen and cleaning are optional:

Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €20 for guests taking the housekeeping option.

Ideally located thanks to its proximity to the beach (100 m), the Saint Brice bathing basin and the coastal path, this pretty architect-designed house, tastefully decorated, can comfortably accommodate 5 people:
- an attractive air-conditioned living room opening onto the garden through a large bay window,
- a separate kitchen,
- Two bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, 1 with a trundle bed and a 90cm bed),
- a shower room,
- separate WC.
Outside: Several terrace areas are available in the fully enclosed, private 800 m² garden. Parking available in the garden.

ARES is a pleasant town with an oyster port with many seafood restaurants, a town center with a weekly market, a natural swimming pool ideal for families with young children and a large shopping mall with a shopping mall.
Arès is located on the outskirts of the Presqu'ile du CAP FERRET, a must-see place to visit if you spend your holidays on the Arcachon Basin, the oceanic beaches are a 10-minute drive away, and Andernos Les Bains is a 5-minute drive away.
