The house for rent occupies the first floor and the 100 m² are divided into three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, one of them adjoining one of the bedrooms. The views from the bedrooms, living room and balcony are unbeatable with no buildings between the house and the beach. The undercover flat has independent access. Good quality Wifi available in the house.

Pets are not allowed.
Unauthorised use of appliances that significantly alter the expected electricity consumption is forbidden.
It is forbidden to use indoor furniture in the gardens or on the terrace.
The furniture in the flat must be put to good use. In the event of damage, the tenants must pay for the repair of the damage.
