DISTRIBUTION: The villa's four bedrooms are decorated in a modern and elegant style, with a bright and vibrant colour palette. The atmosphere is warm, and the style is modern and very functional. The living room is spacious and bright, offering direct access to the outdoor terrace. The open plan kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and a large dining table furnish the space, ideal for gathering and sharing a meal with family or friends. The master suite located on the ground floor has a double bed and a private bathroom. From this room we have direct access to the swimming pool. There are three bedrooms on the first floor with a double bed and bunk bed each, ideal for families. The other bedroom has a double bed. Directly opposite is a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: The villa offers spacious parking for several vehicles at the entrance. The garden below with trees and outdoor games for children, offers many possible options for recreation and relaxation for young and old. The villa's terrace is a spectacular place to enjoy an alfresco meal or simply relax and soak up the sun. The place is very nice and has a large table and chairs to enjoy quality time together. The chill out is an ideal space to relax and chat with friends. The swimming pool allows us to refresh ourselves with deck chairs available to enjoy a sunbath after swimming.

LOCATION: FALCO is only a few minutes drive from the town center of the picturesque village of Moraira, known to be one of the best destinations on the Spanish coast. The village offers a wide range of activities and entertainment to suit all tastes, from golden sandy beaches to water sports and first class restaurants.
