Well-located holiday home, continuously renovated, with both indoor and outdoor hot tub with delicious wellness area and sauna and fjord view only approx. 400 meters from the fjord. The summer house's garden offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the holiday in peace and quiet, as well as opportunities for ball games and games, including a swing and a sandbox. In addition, there are several cozy corners, which are perfect for reading a good book while the children play in the garden. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and thereby the opportunity to save on consumption. The house is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room offers, among other things, comfortable furniture, high-speed internet, Smart TV with free Netflix, German and Danish TV channels, etc. including TV2. In addition, there is Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove to spread coziness and warmth on cooler days. In the kitchen there is, among other things, ceramic hob, microwave, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with a sofa bed for 2 people and 1 room with 2 x bunks for 4 people. Please note that one bunk is short and suitable for smaller children. The house is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children. The bathroom has a spa bath for 2 people, shower cubicle, toilet and bathing environment. Next to the bathroom is the house's 2-3 person sauna. In addition, there is a washing machine as well as a high chair and cot for the little ones. There is both a covered and an open terrace with good garden furniture, sunbeds and a barbecue. From here you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner. Here you will also find the house's brand new 5-person outdoor spa and wellness area. There is also a fire pit where the whole family can have fun roasting sausages, marshmallows or baking sno bread. Not for rent to youth groups.
