The charming and spacious house has been renovated and decorated to a high standard with uncluttered elegance using natural materials, maintaining the typical Périgourdine style associated with this historical area of France.

This property boasts a 16,000 m2 garden full of mature trees, a heated swimming pool and ample outdoor space to relax in the shade.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom overlooking the garden, as well as a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the pool and terrace.

The first floor is closed and not available to anyone else. The ground floor, garden and pool are exclusively yours – you won’t have to share them with other guests nor the owner.
