Casa La Sponda is a charming 1­bedroom holiday home, which belongs to a residence situated in Positano, along with other independent apartments.
The apartment is just a 5­minute walk from the town center and it boasts amazing views over the sea and the surrounding hills. It is also very close to all the necessary amenities such as shops, a minimarket and the bus stop.
Casa La Sponda is 79 m2, with a 60 m2 terrace, and as mentioned above, it consists of 1 bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people (2 in a sofa bed set in the living room). It is equipped with all kind of comforts, air­conditioning/heating, TV, DVD player, sound system etc., so it is perfect for a fantastic holiday in the Amalfi coast.
This apartment is very charming, it features high vaulted ceilings and a typical local style. On entering the apartment, you will find the ample living room that has a marble table, chairs, sofa, armchair and an attractive fireplace.
On the same level there is the bedroom, with a double bed and a balcony with an outstanding view and a full bathroom provided with hot­tub and shower cubicle.
Furthermore, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with all useful appliances.
Finally, the apartment features outside a large terrace, accessible from the living room, the terrace is protected by a grapevine pergola and from here you can enjoy a stunning view over the sea and Positano. There is also a table, chairs and sunbeds, that will allow you to unwind or to have outdoor meals before the breathtaking vistas.

Rental rules
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Minimum stay: 3 nights, arrival-departure days are flexible.

Security deposit: Credit card details will be required upon arrival as guarantee in case of damages to the property.
Daily cleaning and change of towels included in the rental price. Change of linens every 3 days. Extra cleaning (if requested) € 20 per hour.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.

Extra cost:
Parking space € 30 - 40 per day (to be booked in advance).
