The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchenette with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. This room has access to a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the inner courtyard. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, the other one with two single beds. A second bathroom with a spa bath.
