Krakowskie Przedmieście, which is the first part of the Royal Route, is a street in old Warsaw leading through the Krakow Gate from the Royal Castle to the south - Krakow. It was here that Polish kings used to build their summer residences, while important magnate families built their Warsaw palaces. The Royal Route connects the Royal Castle with the Wilanów palace of King Jan III Sobieski.
The apartment's location in the heart of the Old Town guarantees access to all the best attractions, restaurants and clubs at your fingertips. Right next door is the Royal Castle with the undisputed symbol of the city in the castle square - the Column of Sigismund III Vasa.
For lovers of walking and active recreation a great asset will be the Vistula River Boulevards, just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

This beautiful, air-conditioned and modern studio apartment, is located on the 1st floor in a renovated building with elevator. It is designed for 4 people and consists of a room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The bedroom area is equipped with a comfortable large KingSize bed, while the kitchen area has all necessary appliances (including a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and more). The bathroom has a spacious shower. The apartment offers access to satellite TV, it also has Smart TV (Netflix) and WIFI wireless internet.
It is fully equipped for the comfortable stay of our guests, while every smallest detail has been designed to make everyone feel uniquely. This original and unconventional place to stay in the heart of the city is designed for those who appreciate unique spaces and location.

We kindly ask you to observe the House Rules, mainly in terms of observing quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (absolute prohibition of parties after 10:00 pm) and the prohibition of smoking on the premises of the apartment.
Any violation of the rules and regulations will result in the initiation of the collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit.

Make yourself at home and take care of our place as if it were your own.

1) Turn off lights when you are not using them.
2) Do not allow unverified people into the apartment.
3. You are fully responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay. Guests will be charged for any property damage if it occurs.
4.Persons not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5) Organizing parties, receptions or special events is strictly forbidden if not discussed in advance with the host.
6) Make sure all windows are closed before leaving.
7.This is a non-smoking apartment. In case of violation, a one-time penalty fee will be applied.
8. Late check-out is subject to an additional fee of EUR 15 per 1 hour.
9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise indicated in the description.

5) Die Organisation von Partys, Empfängen oder besonderen Veranstaltungen ist strengstens untersagt, wenn sie nicht im Voraus mit dem Gastgeber abgesprochen wurde.
6) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Fenster geschlossen sind, bevor Sie die Wohnung verlassen.
7) Dies ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Im Falle eines Verstoßes wird eine einmalige Strafgebühr erhoben.
8. Für verspätetes Auschecken wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von EUR 15 pro 1 Stunde erhoben.
