This newly renovated ground-floor Apartment in a Houseman-style building comfortably takes four guests but can accommodate 6 using the sofa bed in the living space. However, we think 6 is a squeeze.
All bed linens and towels are provided with your booking.
The tastefully decorated main bedroom has a 140x200 double bed and ample storage.
The separate second bedroom has 90x190 Bunk beds with under-bed storage
The Sitting area has ample seating for 6 and a Sofa Bed 
There is a utility area with a washing machine and clothes drier,
The Living space has a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, dining table seats 6, ample seating, sofa bed, HD smart TV (Netflix, etc) and free Wi-Fi.
There is free off-street parking in the Apartment's private carport behind the building, accessed from Passage des Charmes.
2  locked Caves store up to 5 bicycles, Skis & boots or hiking equipment.
You will be close to all the amenities Luchon offers in this centrally-located, comfortable Apartment. The park and Luchon Thermal baths are across the road, the ski gondola 500m from the front door and the restaurants, shops and cinema are only 3 minutes away on Allée D'Etigny (Luchon's High Street). If you are after a holiday full of activities, Luchon has lots to offer there, too! It is the perfect location for skiing, cycling, hiking, fishing, golf, tennis, and horse riding, to list a few.
An entirely car-free holiday is possible if you want!
