Some free parking spaces next to the apartment allow you to forget about the car and move around on foot to fully enjoy your holiday.

The accommodation is located in a fantastic position in Sanremo, very close to the city station and the beaches, the space inside the accommodation is well balanced with a splendid wooden staircase leading to a large mezzanine (bedroom) all illuminated by 2 very large windows.

The location, as you will have understood, is the strong point of the accommodation, 150 meters from the beaches and the station, a 5 minute walk from the Ariston Theater and 7 from the Casino.

The apartment has some free parking in the surrounding area, we recommend finding a parking space and moving around on foot given the magnificent location, a car is not necessary.
