This beautiful villa has incredible views of the city and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The plot on which the property is situated is distributed in different levels, connected by external stairs.
The entrance area with the car to the villa is located in the middle area, where there is a large parking area for 2 cars.
In the barbecue and swimming pool area, you will be able to enjoy unbeatable views while having fun in the water. In the house there are sunbeds at guests' disposal for their comfort. The barbecue is glazed, so it is great to enjoy it all year round.
Going up the stairs we find the house. As soon as you enter there is the lounge/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning, wifi, TV and a fireplace. From here there is access to a terrace ideal for enjoying the views.
On the left hand side of the lounge/dining room is the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, etc, and all the necessary utensils.
If we continue along the corridor we find the first bedroom with two beds of 90cm. together, forming a double bed. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The second bedroom has a 150 cm bed and a wardrobe. In the door next to it there is a bathroom with shower.
Finally we find the third and last room, a bedroom with a 1.35m bed for one person.
Going outside and down the stairs, in front of the swimming pool, we find the entrance to the studio. This second dwelling has the same dimensions as the main house, so it is very large. On entering we find a large living/dining room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can enjoy it without any problem. At the end of the corridor are the two bedrooms, one of them double and the other single with a 1.35m bed. Next to them is the bathroom with shower.


Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
