Also, this property is located a few minutes walk from tourist and cultural points of Madrid such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and the Retiro Park.


Apartment:

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift and with access for the disabled.
Spacious and welcoming, it has all the amenities to guarantee maximum comfort.
It has capacity for eight people and consists of a complete bathroom with a shower,a bathroom with a bathtub located en suite and three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities to guarantee a perfect stay.

The charming living room has a television, a sofa and a double sofa-bed and integrates the dining room. Also, from the living room you can access a French-style balcony with exterior views.The apartment has heating and air conditioning in all its rooms.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
