Villa Flavius is a beautiful orange house consisting of two flats surrounded by olive and hazelnut trees near the Bracciano lake. The villa is located on an estate of about 80 hectares and is part of a farm. At the front of the house there is a terrace and a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Enjoy the shade of the trees with a book and enjoy the peace and privacy. The flowers and plants in the garden around the villa are beautiful. This pet-friendly villa in Manziana has 6 bedrooms and accommodates a group of 12 people or families with children. It features a shared swimming pool and central heating. The country house is rustically furnished and the rooms are in light colours. The two flats are connected to each other from the inside by an internal door.
