Welcome to my home!

Located on the third floor via a lift with tree-lined views of the surroundings, my upmarket flat of 77m2 comes fully furnished with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. With windows aplenty that let natural sunlight brighten up all the rooms, invite yourself and sink into the plush sofas while unwinding for the night while watching your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals over the dining set that can accommodate four with ease.

The kitchen has all the mod-cons you'll need to whip delicious meals, including small conveniences like a microwave oven and a panini press.

The two bedrooms have double beds lined in freshly-laundered linens to ensure a good night's rest and built-in wardrobes.

Additionally, the bathroom has a tub for you to take a relaxing soak and a showerhead if you need to freshen up quickly. Towels and toiletries are given at no extra cost. There's also a dedicated WC in the apartment.

Rest assured, my home is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Chelsea is an affluent area known for the smart boutiques & high-end restaurants lining busy King's Road. The National Army Museum traces British army history from the 1600s to the present, while the Saatchi Gallery displays contemporary art in the Duke of York's headquarters. The red-coated retired soldiers known as the Chelsea Pensioners run guided tours of their residence, the Royal Hospital Chelsea.

Ridesharing services like UBER, Bolt and Addisson Lee are available for hire. Furthermore, Picadilly, Overground, and District lines are within walking distance from my apartment.

- West Brompton (Overground and District) is 17 minutes away by foot.
- Imperial Wharf (Overground) is 13 minutes away by foot.
- Earl's Court (Picadilly and District) is 22 minutes away by foot.
- Battersea Power Station is Power Station is 19 minutes away by car.
- Kensington and Hyde Park are 23 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
