Lovely apartment with private terrace within a residential village with swimming pool near Cugnana, a few kilometers from Porto Rotondo.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a residential complex, features a small, cozy terrace furnished with a dining area and decorated with plants and pots. From here, guests can access the living area, complete with a double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The sleeping area features a bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.

At guests' disposal amenities such as wi-fi connection and air conditioning in the living room.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 15th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most fashionable places in Sardinia and Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.

Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is less than a 20-minute drive from the accommodation, while for those arriving by boat to the island, the nearest ports are Golfo Aranci (17 minutes by car) and Olbia (13 minutes).
