Villa Centeanes is a modern detached villa offering opulent views of the Atlantic, this contemporary property has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Built over two levels, the villa has been designed to enjoy the most out of the sea views with floor to ceiling windows. On the ground level there a spacious living area open planned with the modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a utility room and two bedrooms both with their own ensuite facilities and sea views. Stairs lead up to the next level where a twin bedroom has its own shower ensuite and the ensuite master bedroom with views of the sea and swimming pool. The living room and bedrooms all have electric shutters, flat screen TV, air-conditioning for your comfort and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The fifth bedroom is in a separate annex with its own entrance which is located by the swimming pool, twin beds with ensuite facilities and air-conditioning. The ample sized pool is the perfect size for relaxation and there is a BBQ station with sink and wine fridge set to the side. Villa Centeanes also offers a great location, situated on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, yet only a short walk to a number of restaurants and a fifteen minute walk to the centre. Centeanes Beach is a five minute walk away.
