The space
Welcome to our beautiful cottage in Cullercoats. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

Offering a family friendly open plan living space downstairs, with the added convenience of a downstairs WC. Upstairs you'll find two double bedrooms. Both with easy accessible USB charging points, wardrobe and drawers. You will find a hairdryer in the master bedroom. There is the option to have an extra single bed put up, but this is at the expense of the TV, as they will not both fit safely.

The modern bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, sink and toilet.

You will have access to the whole property, including the courtyard garden.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Also included are shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee (instant and ground) sugar, and milk.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free on-street parking parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
