Beach Villa Blue is an exciting, brand new property with private swimming pool, perfectly located just 80m away from the famous beach of Barbati. Sleeping up to 4/6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors, Beach Villa Blue is the perfect holiday home for an upmarket and unforgettable holiday on Corfu: modernly furnished, it provides beautiful views to the sea, and it is within easy walking distance to beach, shops and tavernas. The beach of Barbati itself is a true gem on the island of Corfu: kissed by tourquise water, it offers the chance to relax in privacy, or to enjoy the views from one of the trendy beach bars, or to hire a boat (no licence required) or to play any kinds of watersports. All of this at your doorstep!

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is accessed via a footpath from the private parking area reserved for the exclusive use of the guests.
On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned open plan living/dining area with big patio doors opening straight to the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer. A comfy sofa (that can be turned into a french-size double bed if required), a flat-screen TV (satellite free of charge channels) with DVD player and wi-fi internet connection (free of charge) are provided. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming twin bedroom with air-conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads up to the upper floor, where the master bedroom suite is located. As all the other areas of the house, the master bedroom is air-conditioned. It features a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, it is tastefully decorated and has direct access to a large terrace providing beautiful views over the pool, the sea and the Pantokrator Mountain at the back.

The mosaic-tiled private swimming pool with its shimmering blue water is the perfect oasis to relax after a hot day on the beach. It is set at the front of the villa, is equipped with sunbeds and parasols and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean shrubs providing privacy. The pool measures 6m x 4m and depth is between 0.6m and 1.7m. Yet, with a fantatic beach just a couple of steps away, deciding wether to stay by the pool or swim in the Ionian Sea will be a hard task!
A shaded patio, tastefully furnished with tables, chairs and sofas, is available for the guests to enjoy: a great spot to taste an al-fresco meal or a drink by the poolside!

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of linen/towels twice a week are included in the rental rates.
