The three bedroom property nestled on the edge of Windrush lake is ideal for a family holiday, hiking or cycling trip, water sports weekend, or simply somewhere to come, settle down and just say "Aaaah...."
Wake up to the sound of ducks on the water and marvel at the morning sunrise across the lake. Relax and watch nature unfold on your own deck, or enjoy many of the family friendly activities nearby.
The Place
Set over three floors, there are two double bedrooms (one Superking, one double bed) and one single room, perfect for up to 5 people. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining/living area, SMART TV and good internet. Outside there is wrap-around decking, fenced in by traditional white picket fence, with patio furniture and traditional charcoal BBQ.
The property has plenty of lakeside walks and pedestrian access. Driving on site is restricted to 10mph and there are plenty of parking spaces close by.
This is a pet friendly home, and in a great location for long lazy walks.
On-site there are 3 tennis courts (rackets and balls supplied), a table tennis pavilion, children's playground, 3 lakes for dog walking, kayaking / paddle boarding or free fishing (2 coarse, one fly), boules, football goal, pool table and plenty of local activities to keep everyone happy.

Windrush lake is located within the Cotswolds Water Park, one of the best kept secrets of Gloucestershire! There's something for everyone; fishing on Windrush lake itself (with carp up to 40lb), water sports, walking, cycling, great eateries, horse riding, gym, spa, history and culture all nearby.
You're within walking distance of the picturesque local village of South Cerney and only a 15 minute drive to the Roman town of Cirencester, and 30 minutes to the beautiful Georgian town of Cheltenham, famous for its music, literary and Horse Racing Festivals..
An excellent base for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds with Oxford, Bath and Shakespeare's Stratford-Upon-Avon all within an hour’s drive!
