The apartment is located just few steps away from The Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and the Pompidou Museum.

The apartment has:

- Bedroom 1 with one queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with one queen bed
- 1 Bathroom with a bathtub with one WC included
- 1 Bathroom with shower with one WC included

The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:
Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses
Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed

The apartment is equipped with:

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a vibrant and historically significant area within the Marais district. This area is a treasure trove of well-preserved architecture, with many buildings dating back to the 17th century. It's home to numerous art galleries, including the prestigious Picasso Museum and the Musée des Arts et Métiers, dedicated to the history of science and industry. The Marais is also known for its boutique shops, from fashion and jewelry to vintage stores and concept shops. The area is filled with quaint cafés, charming bistros, and restaurants. It is safe, and it offers the convenience of being a short distance from the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame.

Getting Around:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.

Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the masterlock next to the apartment door.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor. You can use an elevator.
- We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of 2 people without suitcase at a time or a person and a suitcase.
- We will send you the code of the masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots

If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 360 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
