There is also a cosy living room opening onto the terrace with a beautiful sea view.  There is a modern kitchen with island and a bathroom with bath and toilet. A folding (bunk) bed is provided in the studio's entrance hall. This completely renovated studio is located on the seafront and near a tram stop.
