Located very close to Príncipe de Vergara street, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas of Madrid, located in the north of the Salamanca district and bordering the Chamartín neighborhood.

The area has a mix of luxury residential buildings, highlighting a wide variety of fashion stores, restaurants, bars and green areas such as Berlin Park in a very cosmopolitan environment to make the most of the city.

This cozy apartment for up to 6 people and located on the first floor of a building without an elevator is an excellent choice for families who want a comfortable and convenient stay in an accessible location.

The living-dining room is a bright space with a double sofa bed, television and dining table, perfect for spending time in the company of your loved ones, direct access to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and kitchen utensils.

It has two comfortable rooms, each equipped with two double beds, providing a relaxing environment for a good rest. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower which provides additional privacy. Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.

This accommodation has WIFI, heating and television.
