On the second floor you will also find a well equipped modern bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Following the carpeted staircase to the third floor you will find a very large beautifully decorated bedroom boasting a comfortable small double bed and an equally comfortable single bed, a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, a desk/dressing table and stool, bedside tables and a tv with Netflix. The property has parking for 2 vehicles to the rear of the property as well as a major bus stop that sits directly outside the front door offering transport into the city centre as well as Stanstead airport.

Please ensure that the front door is always locked when departing the property via the backdoor. The bolt to lock the door is silver and sits under the security chain on the inside of the door. From the outside the door can be locked from the outside with the front door key.

We request that all windows and the backdoor are closed and locked when the property is empty to maintain security.
