Gorgeous apartment w/ balcony - Center

Our bright and spacious apartment is a hidden gem for couples and groups of friends who seek a premium stay in Malaga. It's been recently renovated, designed, and fully equipped.

It's located in the heart of Malaga, next to Plaza de la Merced, one of Malaga's oldest squares. You will have the most important attractions at your fingertips, as well as a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants.

ATTENTION: There is a nightclub in the area therefore you may be disturbed with some noise. Also, the washing machine is temporarily not available for the guests.

Every detail of this apartment has been carefully considered to provide our guests with a high quality experience. Its cutting edge design and multiple big windows create a very luminous and welcoming atmosphere.

As you enter the apartment, there is a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a smart TV. In front of the window there is a desk and a chair to comfortably work from home. The dining area with a table for 6 people is facing the balcony, with outdoor dining area and the city views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery, and everything you need.

There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment:
- The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a closet, a double bed, and a big window with blinders facing the inner patio.
- The second bedroom has 2 single beds, and a big window facing the street.

You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. We hope you will make yourself at home.

The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep:

- 1 minute on foot from Plaza de la Merced.
- 3 minutes on foot from Picasso Museum.
- 4 minutes on foot from La Alcazaba.
- 6 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral
- 15 minutes one foot from La Malagueta beach.

A great variety of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment.

The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences.

The nearest bus and taxi stops (with more than 13 different buses) are just a few meters away at Plaza de la Merced. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.

There are several parking lots nearby, the closest ones, Parking Granados and Parking Tejón, are 2 and 4 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga. If you wish to park on the street, the closest area is El Ejido, about 10-15 min on foot from the apartment.

- Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 00:00. In the case of check-in after midnight, we will send you the directions to do the self-check-in.

- Please, do not make noise after 23:00 and do not smoke in the apartment.

- For the central location of this accommodation, it is possible to be disturbed by external noise (passers-by in the street, neighbors, party), and this reason will not be subject to any compensation.
