Agundaborg Tree Tent is a pre-erected tent located in a private woodland with views onto the Agunnaryd lake.
The tent can sleep up to 2 adults and is suspended (above ground) between 3 trees. There is a fire pit, compost toilet, and in the service house you can use the toilet and shower facilities with access to hot & cold water.
You won't be sharing the wood with any other human-being only the local wildlife including foxes and deer.
Designed for maximum 2 adults (and gear) the tent will hold up to 440kg / 880lbs.
The tent comes with a built-in insect mesh to protect you from insects and other creepy crawlies and has a doors that can be rolled back to create an almost fully open hammock platform.
The rainfly can be removed for fantastic views and summer breezes but when attached, it completely encloses the tent and keeps you and everything else inside, fully dry in even the heaviest of downpours. The rainfly extends outwards from the tent giving you a large, dry area underneath the tent to store gear or act as a covered living space. There are 2 internal storage nets and 2 underfloor storage nets ideal for backpacks and other larger items.
The large central hatch makes it easy to climb in and out of the tent.
There is a fire pit for open fire cooking and we can lend you pots if wished.
Close by there there is a compost toilet with toilet paper supplied and a bit further up you can make use of the service house with a sink for washing up, and a shower + toilet. A selection of kitchen utensils, and crockery is available in case you forget anything.
On the other side of the peninsula you can make use of a little bit from which you can fish, so feel free to bring your fishing rod with you. The beach is also perfect for sunbathing on or just relaxing.
Ample parking space, 500 metres away from the tent.
- respect nature: leave the area as you found it
- take care of your rubbish and recycling in the service area
