Spacious charming studio, heart Nice Old Town, AC

Discover this unique studio in the heart of Nice's Old Town. With love and eye for details we have furnished and equipped the apartment. In addition, we have taken care to preserve elements of the architectural style of the time, which makes this apartment unique and very charming. The central location in the middle of the old town of Nice makes it easy for you to discover the city on foot; to stroll through the small, colorful streets and also to enjoy the beach and the sea.
The studio is located on the 3.5 floor without elevator, as in almost all buildings in the old town.
The bathroom and the toilet are in separate rooms.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower and a sink, an area for dressing and a closet, where you will also find a hairdryer. The bathroom is separated with a curtain.
The toilet: the toilet is separated from the rest of the room with a door. There is a small entrance area with storage space. You can reach the toilet by a few steps. There is also a sink and a washing machine in this room.
The kitchen: the kitchen is equipped with stove top (2 plates), oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso and french press), toaster and kettle. Likewise, you will find many different cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery. On the bar table there is enough space to enjoy a cozy dinner with a good bottle of wine.
The living/sleeping area: The living/sleeping area is very spacious and is equipped with a qualitative sofa bed (160x200cm), which can be opened and closed very easily, in a few seconds. From the sofa/bed you can watch TV comfortably; the TV is mounted on the wall and is individually adjustable.
Separate working area: there is a large desk in the living/sleeping area where you can work with your computer or do research.
Note: We will provide you with 2 beach towels. Please wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us) so that new arriving guests can use them.
With its narrow cobblestone streets, pastel-colored buildings and stores selling Nice soap, Provencal textiles, meat and cheese, Vieux-Nice is the old and lively part of town. Vendors at the daily market on the Cours Saleya (a pedestrian mall) sell flowers and other products. Lively pubs and open-air restaurants serve local specialties like 'Socca'. Located on the heights and offering a remarkable view of the city and the sea, the park of the hill of the castle is a wooded space.
The old town and the center of the city as well as the port can be reached on foot. Everything is within a radius of 2-20min.
The Tram T1 and T2 can also be reached in 2min (T1) and 6min (T2). Tram T2 will take you from the airport to the old town. Tram T1 to the port or to the main station.


Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash, via Paypal or Credit Card and is due at check-in.


Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree. The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience. The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment.
The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
