Welcome Travellers to the perfect escape in our beloved Mellieha. Our 2BR home will treat you with all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay!

The living space includes a comfortable sofa bed with a large TV and with access to a beautiful balcony with views and a fully equipped kitchen making it perfect for short and long term rentals.

Also included are 2 comfy bedrooms, perfectly suited for any stay.

Free Wi-Fi, and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning throughout the apartment.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a large living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, which can also be converted into a SOFA BED to accommodate additional guests if needed.

The front balcony provides stunning views and a wonderful spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The rear balcony offers a more private outdoor space, perfect for unwinding in the evening.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed while the other with a single bed.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms which includes a shower and one being an en-suite.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

1. Public Transportation: Malta's public bus system is a convenient and cost-effective way to travel around the island. The main bus terminal in Mellieha is well-situated, allowing you to access various destinations across Malta, including Valletta, Sliema, Bugibba, and the ferry terminal to Gozo. Buses are known for their reliability and punctuality.

2. Car Rentals: For greater flexibility and the ability to explore off-the-beaten-path destinations, consider renting a car during your stay in Mellieha. Rental agencies are available in the town, and driving is on the left side of the road. Be sure to inquire about parking options at your accommodation.

3. Taxis: Taxis are readily available in Mellieha and can be a convenient way to reach specific destinations or travel comfortably with a group. It's advisable to agree on a fare with the driver before starting your journey.

4. Walking: Mellieha itself is a pedestrian-friendly town, and many of its attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy leisurely strolls through its charming streets, taking in the local atmosphere.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

1. Shower gels
2. Liquid Soap
3. Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
4. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
5. Garbage bags
6. Linens for the bed
7. 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
