06TOUR Villa La Tourrettes

Half an hour's drive from Nice airport, in the beautiful hinterland lies this beautiful south-oriented villa.

The village of Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is at 5 km. A very nice walk of an hour gets you there. By bike in fifteen minutes. Opposite the villa, on the road where cyclists regularly pass by, on the old railroad line, is a path where you can discover the region by bike or on foot.
There is a bus stop in front of the villa, you can also go everywhere with that.
The supermarket, Carrefour, is just under 10 minutes by car.

Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a picturesque, medieval village. Close by you will also find Vence, Valbonne and Grasse the perfume city. The nearest beaches are at 17km; Cagnes-sur-Mer or Antibes.

Villa La Tourrettes is decorated with care and modernity and equipped with elegant and comfortable furniture.
The living room is optically separated by a transparent fireplace. On one side a spacious sitting area and on the other side a dining table with next to it the open kitchen, including an American fridge with ice maker. The kitchen is excellently equipped for good cooking and there are also nice things to set the table afterwards.
From the living room you have access to the covered terrace, complete with dining table and barbecue. The terrace extends the length of the villa and provides access to the saltwater pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and parasols.

On the first floor is a suite and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, 1 of which has air conditioning. The remaining rooms have
ceiling fans that are very effective. During the last few years the air conditioning has not been used.
