Villa Frati is a high quality modern villa, 4km from Floridia, South of Syracuse just 10 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Fontane Bianche. This villa is ideal for those wishing to explore the many seaside resorts of the area and visit the culturally rich towns of Syracuse itself and its Greek legacy, Noto the capital of Baroque, Modica with its delicious chocolate patisseries or of course you can just sit by the pool, relaxing with a drink of your choice and a good book. For Golf enthusiasts, an 18 holes Golf Course is only 500m away.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms and 3 very well appointed bathrooms with showers, one of them is suitable for disabled.

There is a very spacious lounge opening out onto the garden and a brand new kitchen diner equipped with electric oven, microwave dishwasher and plus the usual other appliances.

Outdoor: swimming pool (14m x 6m.50 - depth from 1.20 to 2m.30), barbeque and garden furniture. From 2023, the villa also offers a private tennis court with rackets and balls included.

Facilities: BBQ, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with LCD screens in all 4 bedrooms, air conditioning, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, reading area, alarm system, parking within the property. Pets are welcome!

Please note: Located on a different part of the property, more than 50m away from the entrance and completely gated, there are 2 dogs. The area where the dogs are, is not accessible to guests.
