The modern Villa Lucia is located in the village of Babići, only 2 km from the coast. This 4-bedroom villa is ideal for a family with several children or 2 smaller families. Although recently built, it will make you feel at home and provide a warm ambience. It is surrounded by greenery and the view from the balcony reaches to the sea. It is designed for 8 people, and even though it is half of a duplex, it will give you enough privacy and tranquility.

The interior of the villa is 125 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will be greeted by an open plan space, ideal for family or friends gatherings. In the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy at the indoor or outdoor dining table. The comfortable sofa is perfect for lounging in the afternoons and enjoying your favorite movies and TV shows. Through the balcony doors you can enjoy the view of the outdoor terrace with pool. All rooms are air conditioned.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. 3 rooms have double beds while 1 has a bunk bed. Of the 2 bathrooms in the villa, 1 is on the ground floor and the 2nd is on the 1st floor. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries and there is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom.

On the outside terrace of Villa Lucia you will find a 25 m² swimming pool and 6 sunbeds for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also an alfresco dining table where you can enjoy meals prepared on the outdoor grill. The courtyard is fenced and there is a private parking area for 2 cars.

Villa Lucia is conveniently located. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away, and the nearest beach in Lovrečica is a 5 minute drive away. The coastal towns of Umag and Novigrad are nearby, and you won't go wrong if you decide to head towards the interior of Istria. The town of Buje, known for its picturesque vineyards and olive groves, is only a 15 minute drive away.
