Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. Your host resides at the complex and can be available 24/7 for any immediate assistance.

There is also an impeccable below-ground lounge overlooking the ioanian sea & will be the groups favourite place to rejuvenate. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the sea. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate luxury living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

*TO SEE : Located in one of the most prominent spots of the island, Agios Nikolaos Village in the North, the iconic Villa is only within a few minutes reach to the Agios Nikolaos beach and 40 minutes driving distance to Zakynthos Town, but still offering the long awaited tranquility home you longed for. Agios Nikolaos is also a port that you can use to get to Kefalonia or to Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves. A wide varitety of boat trips & water sports are available to enjoy.

*TO DINE : Klondirakis Fish Tavern is a must visit place in Volymes. Orizontes restaurant is also a great option and close to the villa. Another unique restaurant to try is Nobelos Bio Restaurant, a delightfully based next to the water- front and offers instant access to the sea through its privately paved terrace restaurant bar.
