- The Space
Living Room: The Living Room is furnished with a cosy, handcrafted touch, highlighting the attention to detail. In the centre of the space, a comfortable sofa made of quality fabrics offers comfort and style. Opposite, a small wooden table and a 43-inch HDTV create a well-integrated multimedia area.

The warmth of the room is accentuated by an elegant stove, providing a cosy atmosphere during cold winter days. On the wall opposite the entrance, an elegant bookcase with wooden shelves enriches the room. The entire space is designed to reflect quality craftsmanship, creating a cosy and harmonious ambience.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a well-equipped and functional space, complete with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. Modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine (with capsules) and microwave are carefully integrated.

The Dining Area is characterised by: an extendable table with five seats ideal for meals with family or friends, a high chair for the little ones and a comfortable armchair where you can enjoy relaxing moments.

The presence of the two large windows creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, while the furniture and accessories are carefully selected to combine functionality and aesthetics.

Double Room: the double room is a haven of comfort and tranquillity, furnished with care to ensure a warm ambience. A spacious Queen Size bed dominates the room, perfect for a rejuvenating rest.

A 43" HD TV is positioned above an elegant cabinet offering entertainment and relaxation in the privacy of the room. A large wardrobe extends along the wall of the room, providing sufficient space to organise and store clothes in an orderly manner.

The choice of muted colours and soft materials contributes to a serene and relaxing atmosphere, while the ambient lighting is designed to ensure a pleasant and cosy experience.

Double Room Bathroom: The bathroom of the double room is a refined and functional area characterised by: a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.

The presence of a Bio courtesy kit adds a touch of care and sustainability, with products for all skin and hair types.

While accessories such as a hairdryer, matching towels and a well-lit mirror complete the ambience, making the bathroom an ideal place for daily personal care.

Triple Bedroom: The triple bedroom is designed to comfortably accommodate three people, offering a versatile and functional solution. Inside the room is a comfortable single bed, next to which a practical bunk bed is positioned, optimising space efficiently.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SECRETLY HOST MORE PEOPLE THAN THOSE REGISTERED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND CHECK-IN, OTHERWISE THE RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE LAW WILL BE TOTALLY ON THE GUESTS, AND THE PENALTY TO PAY WILL BE: 2000 €.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY, OTHERWISE THE PENALTY TO PAY WILL BE: 200 €.

- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE THE PET ALONE INSIDE THE PROPERTY, OTHERWISE, IF THE PET CAUSES ANY KIND OF DAMAGE, THE GUESTS WILL HAVE TO COMPENSATE THE OWNER FOR ALL THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PET.

- LOSS OF KEYS WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY TO BE PAID EQUAL TO THE VALUE OF THE KEYS.



CHECK-OUT INFO:

- Upon check-out, guests are required to leave the kitchen area clean (oven, cooker, refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery).

- When checking out, guests are required to dispose of their rubbish in the rubbish bins outside the property.

- Guests are required to turn off all lights at check-out.
