Casa dos Anjos is an independent part of a house with rural and mountainous surroundings, which is recommended for hikers, sports enthusiasts and those who want to get away from urban centres.
The apartment has a floor area of approximately 35 m2 and includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 metres wide), a private bathroom with shower, and a living room with kitchen and dining table.
The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.
LOCATION
The property is located in a rural area 250 m from sea level and 2.5 km from the centre of the village of Faial, 3.2 km from the Guindaste viewpoint and 4 km from Faial beach.
A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, laurel forest and hiking trails for nature lovers and walkers, as well as other attractions.
At 200 metres there is a small grocery store and at 2.5 km there is a restaurant in the centre of the village.
The property has easy access to the main roads.
REMARKS

A car is recommended for this location. The accommodation does not have private parking, but free parking is possible on the side of the road.
Guests have access to the apartment on the top floor of the house and its terrace. The lower floor and part of the upper floor are reserved for the owner.
As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise caused by dogs and other domestic animals in neighbouring properties. There are also insects nearby that may be attracted to food scraps.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels. If you wish, you can request an additional cleaning service.
The accommodation is officially registered, meets the requirements to guarantee safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by local authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key lockbox whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For face-to-face check-in, it is necessary to schedule the time and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
