The entire flat is for your private use...

You'll find a master bedroom, with a superking bed that can easily be split into two single beds if you are staying with colleagues or friends. Piled with pure cotton linen sheets, soft pillows and cushions to sink into, the apartment is designed to relax in. With USB plugs in the lamps beside the bed and wifi and a smart TV in the lounge, open your laptop to book a restaurant or finish off some work at the oak table that extends for family and group meals. Vintage dark oak chairs and a mid-century armchair complete the look.

Unpack and hang everything in the closet, where you'll find an iron and ironing board. Plush white towels, a hairdryer and a modern bath and shower await so get ready to go out and have fun. The bathroom has a sink, mirrors, hand towels, bath matt, toilet roll, hand soap, bath and a shower.

If there are four of you staying, all you need to make up the King-sized Ikea sofa bed is discovered when you open out the base. Enjoy the British-made wool throws and feather cushions and take a moment to enjoy original artwork by British artists throughout the property. The apartment has adjustable underfloor winter heating throughout.

The modern kitchen has all you need to make a full meal (large pots with lids, frying pan, bowls) and a microwave to heat up a quick meal from the Co-op Supermarket nearby. Fill the cafetière for a coffee in the morning before using the toaster for an easy breakfast. There is a built in fridge with a small freezer and a washing machine and airer for swimsuits after the beach.
