Situated in the heart of Chester city centre, in Chester City Centre on the historic Rows, amid the main shopping and nightlife areas, and only one street away from Chester Racecourse.

The Space:
The Gathering On The Rows is the ideal place to base yourself in Chester, in the very heart of the City.

Situated on the historic Rows, all city centre amenities are only a short walk away. Several of our rooms have views overlooking the busy Eastgate street and views of the famous Chester Clock.

The first floor houses a large outdoor veranda in the heart of the City, overlooking busy restaurants and bars. This is where your exclusive hot tub area is located.

First floor sleeping includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, and a further room with double bed. There are kitchen facilities and sofa/seating areas.

The second floor houses further seating and kitchen facilities, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bedroom with six bunk beds, a studio with two double beds and a further room with a double bed.

The third floor is the "Penthouse" floor with a balcony overlooking the Cathedral and views of historic Chester. There is a large kitchen and dining area, balcony and seating areas. Two further bedrooms provide a double bed in one, and a double bed and two bunk beds in the other. The living area also includes a double sofa bed.

The property has a large number of W/C and bath and shower rooms for guests on the various floors.

Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability.  A meet and greet for the full group is always arranged.

The ground floor houses our creative communal area available from 3pm to 11pm each day exclusively for your use, consisting of  extra large dining area and bar area right in the heart of the city.

We do ask that all guests act with courtesy to our neighbours while staying with us.
