Here you can socialise and cook together with the handy breakfast bar and plenty of seating around the dining table. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for families and you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee using the convenient hot tap. The lounge is off the hallway and has plenty of comfy seating and a large Smart TV with Sky TV to keep you entertained. You will also find a ground floor WC as you enter the house and patio doors lead from the kitchen out to the garden. Upstairs you have four bedrooms, a king size room with distant sea views, another king size room with a modern en-suite shower room and sea glimpses, a double room and a twin room. The spacious family bathroom completes the first floor.
Outside is the perfect place to sip a drink and dine al fresco with the corner sofa and table, while the children and pet in the family can enjoy the well kept enclosed garden.
