All 5 bedrooms (including 2 king master bedrooms) face the sea and provide slider access to the oceanfront deck, lulling guests into pleasant slumber with ocean breezes, salty air, and sounds of the surf. Not only is this home mere steps from the beach offering the easiest of beach access, but also walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier and Pangea restaurant. *Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis courts. You will sign in with the attendant using the house name.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
