Escape to Fun is a condo located just feet from the base of Snow Summit, making it an ideal rental for vacationers looking to enjoy the slopes in the winter, or mountain biking and hiking in the summer. It's just minutes to the main town, where you can enjoy Big Bear's many shops, restaurants, and activities.

The exterior of the condo is painted a cheerful red with brown trim and parking is conveniently located directly in front of the unit. Walk up a set of ten steps to the front door, where you are greeted with a "Welcome to the Cabin" sign.

Step inside and enjoy the all new wood flooring and reclaimed wood furniture. Turn to the closet on your left to discover a stacked washer and dryer.

The open plan living area has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a Restoration Hardware Cloud  leather couch to enjoy shows on the large flat screen TV. On the right, you'll find the kitchen, which is stocked with all the tools that you'll need to create a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has granite countertops and a window with views of the front of the condo. Features of the kitchen include: microwave, dishwasher, electric can opener, gas range, and coffee pot.

Serve your meals at the dining table which seats six. The breakfast bar, which seats four, is a fun option for the kids.

You'll feel like you're at the cinema in this Big Bear cabin when watching your favorite movie. Your movie experience will be complete with the flat-screen television, DVD player, and cable. Even though you're vacationing in the mountains, Wifi will keep you connected to friends back home. Take a peek in the cabinet and you'll discover more entertainment options: puzzles, board games, and small toys. Make sure to challenge your friends and family to a game on the mini air-hockey table. The wood-burning fireplace will fill the room with warmth and ambiance.

Need some fresh, mountain air? A sliding door with access to the deck is located near the dining table. Use the propane BBQ to grill a juicy steak for dinner.

Head downstairs to find three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen television with cable, and a window with views of the complex. The master bedroom includes a full, en suite bathroom.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a window with views of the complex.

The third bedroom features a twin over twin bunk bed and is perfect for the kids. This room has a window with views of the front of the house. Enjoy complete privacy in this room with a newly added and very stylish reclaimed sliding barn door.

A full bathroom is located in the hall to be shared between the guests staying in the second and third bedrooms.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
