This is a TOTALLY BRAND NEW condo featuring 2 bedrooms and a private terrace. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a deluxe bathroom, while the second bedroom has two full beds, a full bathroom, a flat screen, and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything needed for you to feel at home in Playa del Carmen. Above all, the terrace is equipped with a bathtub.

You will find a washer/dryer, cable television, wireless internet, and air conditioning provided. This condo, with its top-notch design, materials, architecture, and decorations, offers an experience on its own, ensuring that your vacations become truly incomparable and full of enjoyment.

Guest Access:
Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in is at 3:00 PM.
Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Early check-ins are subject to availability.
Late check-outs are subject to a 50 USD fee and availability.
Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment at all times.
Failure to adhere to this rule will result in automatic termination of the contract and the loss of the security deposit.
Occupancy:

The guest agrees not to exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants for the property.
Any additional guests will result in the loss of the security deposit, and immediate eviction from the property.
Security Deposit:

A security deposit on a credit card (Visa & MasterCard only, no debit cards) will be required upon arrival if not charged already.
Guests without a credit card must provide a cash security deposit of 500 USD (or the equivalent in Mexican Pesos) during check-in.
Responsibilities:

The signing guest is responsible for payment and terms established in this agreement.
Even with more individuals in the property, the signing guest assumes responsibility for all.
Prices, Property, and Repairs:

No guarantees on prices or properties for subsequent rentals.
Construction or repair-related disturbances will not result in monetary compensation.
No refunds for early departures or closure of services (internet, water, power).
Additional Property Usage:

Any non-residential use of the property requires consent from Happy Address or the owner.
Parties inside the property are prohibited; non-compliance leads to loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Furniture and Security:

Guests are responsible for leaving furniture and accessories as delivered.
Locks on doors and windows should be used at all times for security.
Liability and Exoneration:

Guests absolve Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any liability for accidents, damages, losses, or incidents.
The agreement is valid as long as conditions, limitations, and responsibilities are respected.
Termination and Legal Responsibility:

Happy Address reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment or non-compliance.
Guests are responsible for terminating the agreement or deciding not to use services if they disagree.
Guests accept to exonerate Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any lawsuits or costs arising from the execution of this agreement.
Penalty for Violation:

Violating any condition results in termination of the agreement, eviction without reimbursement of rent or security deposit.
