SPLASH into the ultimate family vacation in Southern Utah! Located within minutes of Sand Hollow Reservoir, beauty and adventure await you around every corner. Splash is the vacation home you have always dreamed of, with a private pool, private spa, splash pad, and outdoor fireplace; you will never run out of things to do!

Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Wind down with a bowl of popcorn and cuddles on the couch, with a Smart TV and Dish, picking a movie everyone will love is simple. Great Oasis Get Away!
The home was as advertised. Clean, beautiful and very private! Our family stayed here for a warm weekend get away to celebrate some birthdays and Mothers Day! This place did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!

Excellent
We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home and wish we would have stayed a little longer. Very quiet neighborhood so much to do and the kids LOVED it!! RED SAND STAFF very accommodating and so kind. I will be recommending family and friends.

Break from school for sunshine and heat
The house was nice and as expected. The property grounds had bottles and trash scattered about. Water bottle was left inside the house upon our arrival. The garage door did not work. We communicated this to the management company and they were very responsive and apologetic but the issue was never resolved. They supposedly sent someone to fix it but it never worked during our stay. We were unable to use the garage during our stay. I still give it a 4 star review as everything else was very nice and enjoyable. I would recommend staying here.

Fun House
Our overall stay was a fun experience. There were a few odds and ends that were a bit disappointing. The sink is the hall bathroom didn’t work and one of the burners in the stove didn’t work as well. Also, the area by the pool could have been kept up better. There weeds all over the back patio and the shrubs by the pool weren’t trimmed back. There were also loose tiles along the side of the pool that would move when you stepped on them. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice (not all the keys were working). The game room was our favorite room of the whole house. Great experience, would stay again.

Not true to online description
The house itself was very nice and clean. A very nice place to stay but the amenities mentioned weren’t there or they didn’t work. While these are small things they’re still things we were planning on being available that weren’t. There weren’t any kitchen or food basics available like basic condiments such as ketchup, mustard, or mayo. It was said that there are pool toys, floaties, volleyball and a volleyball net available. There were pool floaties but all but one of them had holes in them so they weren’t usuable. We ended up having to buy some to use. There wasn’t a volleyball or volleyball net so that wasn’t something we were able to do that we were planning on doing. The splash pad also didn’t work even when we did all the things we were supposed to do to make it work. In the game room while there is 2 Xbox’s and 2 tv’s there’s only one Xbox account so if you wanted to play side by side with your friends you’re unable to because of there only being one account. Like I said while these are small issues they are still things that affected us negatively and cost us more money than we were planning on because we had to either supply or replace things. If you’re wanting to stay somewhere that is very nice and clean then this is the place. But if you’re wanting to stay somewhere that is nice, clean, and has all the things mentioned in the listing available this is unfortunately not the place to stay.
