Bed linen must be brought by the guests or can be available with additional 20 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.82 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (some charges may be applied). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 30€ per pet per stay. Parties are allowed. The owner lives near the property.
