The Capri is an oceanfront, high-rise building located in Ocean City, Maryland, facing both north and south. The condo is modern and inviting, and is the perfect spot to get away to the beach and leave all of your cares behind. A shared pool, tennis court, and sauna are available on-site, along with many other amenities. If you're looking to get a workout in during your stay, there is a gym and fitness facility not far from the condo. Children will have plenty to do between all the water-fueled activities and the game room! The living room area is spacious, offering comfortable furnishings strategically located near the flatscreen TV and the tall windows showcasing the view. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for both dining and relaxing!
Located right on the water, you won't need to go far to dip your toes in the warm sand! Half a mile away is the Gold Coast Mall where you can find a plethora of shopping options, restaurants, and bars. Along the coast, you'll find several restaurants options or whatever you're in the mood for, there should be an option.
Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
