This charming Californian-style villa promises tranquility and absolute comfort! With a capacity for 10 people, it offers a large sunny terrace with a fantastic garden lounge for poolside aperitifs, a dining area with an electric grill, a heated pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi for unforgettable vacations.

VILLA LAYOUT

In the brightly lit living/dining area, the centerpiece of the villa, you'll find an open kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area with a table for 6 people (with extension), and a lounge area equipped with a flat-screen TV and Sonos audio system. Two large, very comfortable sofas invite relaxation. This space opens onto a large sunny terrace with a shaded dining area featuring a large table for 10 people, an electric grill, and a foosball table. On the other side, two sofas invite you to lounge near a garden set and the pool. Descend a few steps, and you can enjoy the jacuzzi!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, and dishwasher.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS LAYOUT

On the main level, to the left, you'll find a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate guest toilet. To the right, you'll discover the master room with its canopy bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, double sink, and toilet.

On the mezzanine, two bedrooms with two single beds each share a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a desk area.

On the garden level, you'll find the last bedroom with its own bathroom including a shower and toilet, as well as the laundry room (washing machine + dryer) and a game room equipped with a pool table and a TV.

These welcoming and comfortable bedrooms offer real comfort and practical distribution, ideal for a group of children and adults, ensuring everyone their own space.

OUTDOORS

On the terrace surrounding the house, chairs and a dining table for 12 people are arranged, perfect for dining in the shade while enjoying the outdoors and fresh air. An independent unit is installed on the terrace, with a sink, grill, and hood, allowing you to cook outdoors directly. At the other end of the terrace is a relaxation area with a coffee table, a sofa, and 2 armchairs. On the side, a staircase provides access to the second part of the terrace, directly overlooking the garden and its jacuzzi, with a mixture of shade and sunlight exposure. A boules court is also available in the garden for enjoyable outdoor games.

EQUIPMENT & SERVICES

The villa's offered services are major assets, including two parking spaces, the electric grill, and the jacuzzi. A ping-pong table and a foosball table are also at your disposal.
